Two weeks of 100+ temperatures.
Hot and dry, everything is burning up and the leaves are starting to fall off the trees. There was a time during Winter that I craved heat, now I can’t wait for cooler temperatures.
Whatever outdoor activities are on the agenda, like cutting the grass or riding my bike, have to be done before noon. Once high noon arrives, it’s inside the house to stay cool until the temps subside at sunset.
